Description
Oregano is a perennial herb with rose-purple or white flowers and a taste reminiscent of thyme, originating from the
mountains in Greece whose leaves are mostly used to enhance the flavour of tomato sauces, vegetables, and grilled meat.
Commonly known for its ability to add pep to a pizza. Can be used either fresh (for an intense flavor) or dried (when
the leaves tend to have a sweeter, softer tang).
